***PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO CURRENT CIRCUMSTANCES WITH COVID19, DELIVERIES WILL TAKE PLACE ONCE A WEEK ON A WEDNESDAY.  THIS IS TO ENSURE MINE AND MY FAMILIES SAFETY UNTIL THE CRISIS LESSONS.  THERE MAY ALSO BE A SLIGHT DELAY IN RECEIVING YOUR ORDER DUE TO CURRENT COURIER/ROYAL MAIL DELAYS. If any customs duty is applicable, this will be paid for by the customer upon receipt of goods and is not included in postage costs stated.

***AS I AM CLOSING DOWN, EVERYTHING IS SOLD AS SEEN ON THE WEBSITE.  NO RETURNS AND FULL REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED, IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY***

All return postage is to be paid for by customer and proof of postage retained.

Bextraordinary Prints and Homeware cannot accept responsibility for any items which are lost or damaged, when returned.  

All returns are in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014).

Packaging:

Please note, where possible, I will try to re-use packaging.  This is to minimise waste and also be more beneficial for the environment.
